Apparently said by Jesus to his disciples shortly before his death.
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another comforter – an advocate, who will be with you, beside you, forever.
It is the Spirit of Truth, which the world does not choose to accept because the world has not contemplated it, nor knows it through experience.
But you know it from experience, for it remains close by you – and will be inside you.
I will not send you away, bereaved like orphans: I am coming towards you!
New Testament, John 14:16-18

For comparison, the King James version:
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
